IMPORTANT ECA INFORMATION (posted by Trish Cummings; 08/08/12)
Advance Payments Required
ALL extracurriculars must be paid for IN FULL and IN ADVANCE of club attendance. Fees for extracurricular actitives are non-refundable*. Advanced payment is also required for daily homework clubs for which 10 sessions (2 weeks) are the minimum and must be paid in full on or by the first day of attendance. Homework club fees must be used by the final homework club date and are not refundable.

Late Pick-Ups
Please also be aware that late pick-ups from clubs is a serious issue because it detains our very tired, hard-working teachers from leaving school for the day while they wait with your children. Please be respectful of their time and their families and make sure to pick your students up from their ECA's on time!!!

If you are running late for any reason, please be aware that your student will be sent to Crash Club if you are not present at the regular pick-up time (and your account will be billed). When you enter the lobby, you will see the Crash Club phone number posted. Crash Club runs until 6:00 pm (and late fees apply). Thanks!

Read the Policy!
Before signing up for any extracurriculuar activity, you are encouraged to read about scholastic eligibility, required forms, behavior expectations, refunds, late pick-ups and student safety in the *Extracurricular Activites Policy.
