Jodi Losinger is so excited to be working with the PTO Board again after serving as the PTO Secretary last year. Jodi graduated with both a B.S. in Accounting as well as a B.S. in Finance from Quincy University. She is currently the Vice President of Tax with Air Methods Corporation, where she has worked for over 6 years. Prior to that, she was a Tax Director for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jodi serves on the Board of Directors for both the Air Methods Foundation as well as the Denver Chapter of Tax Executives Institute. She and her husband Tim moved to Denver over 11 years ago from St. Louis (Go Cardinals!!). They are the parents of two daughters, Kara, who will be in the 2nd grade this year, and Abby who will be attending KindiePrep. Jodi and her family keep busy with youth sports, skiing & playing in the mountains, spending time with friends and family, and enjoy being a part of the American Academy community.

Vice President Fundraising Events
Andrea Moon is thrilled to join the board this school year. She started helping in her first year at AA-CP with the Spring Bash this past year. Looking to continue to help raise money and make our school even better she is excited about the annual fundraising events including the Fun Run and the Spring Bash. She is the proud mom of Davis who is in 2nd grade and Holden who is in kindergarten full day. Outside her job as mom and PTO board member, Andrea works in family medicine as a physician assistant. She has worked for Aurora Family Medicine Center in Aurora for 12 years. Fun fact about Andrea is that she is a native and works at the same hospital in which she was born! When not working or PTO’ing, Andrea loves to be cheering on her kids at sporting events, playing golf, enjoying a great glass of wine or skiing in Steamboat. Andrea is excited to become more of a part of the American Academy-Castle Pines community.

Ken Floyd is a Partner at Twenty First Century Utilities, an Electric Utility Investment Firm based in Washington, DC. Ken and his family have resided in Castle Rock for the past 9 years and have been members of the American Academy family since the opening of the school here in Castle Pines. Ken is a past board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Denver and active contributors to the Mission / Objective of Big Brothers & Big Sisters. He holds a BS in Management, from Golden Gate University and an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California.

Amy Fung is thrilled to serve as the PTO Treasurer and loves volunteering at our amazing school. She most recently managed human subject clinical trials for the University of Colorado School of Medicine Department of Otolaryngology. In this role and previous roles, Amy managed budgets and accounts as well as the creation and use of databases. Amy’s volunteer experience includes several years of service with Special Olympics Colorado as a coach for gymnastics, tennis, bowling and bocce ball. She has two girls at American Academy and a toddler boy still at home.
