Enrollment at American Academy for 2008-2009

American Academy has completed enrollment lottery for the 2008-2009 school year. There are no openings for 2008-2009.

Applications for the 2009-2010 School Year

American Academy will accept Intent to Enroll forms for the 2009-2010 school year any time before midnight, January 31, 2009. Please fill out an Intent to Enroll form for the student(s) you wish to enroll and then fax it to us at 720-873-7398. This form is NOT a guarantee to enrollment at American Academy, nor does it serve as an open enrollment form. If you have applied in the past, were unable to get in, and you wish to be included in the next lottery, please email the Registrar to inform the school that you wish to be included in the next lottery. Be sure to inform the school of any changes in contact information.

The purpose of the Intent to Enroll form is to let us know you wish to be included in our lottery and it gives us information so that we may contact you. While the Intent to Enroll form does not guarantee a spot at American Academy, it does mean that your student’s name will be in our enrollment lottery for the year s/he intends to enroll, along with everyone else who has filled out the forms.

Prospective Parent Information Meetings

Once you receive a call offering your student a spot, you will only have 24 hours to respond. Please attend a Parent Information Meeting prior to that call to get all of your questions answered. Please RSVP by emailing the school Registrar.

Registration

Once you have received and verbally accepted the invitation to enroll at American Academy, you will receive a registration packet in the mail containing the required forms that must be submitted to us at our registration. Registration times and places will be announced as they are scheduled.
