Enrollment Status for the 2012-2013 School Year
Enrollment for the 2012-13 school year is underway.
The 2012-13 enrollment lottery took place on December 5, 2011. We are in the
process of calling families in lottery order. Have questions about how the

To view the lottery results including your child's
current position on the wailist, login to the
Online Waitlist System.
If you missed the deadline to be included in the lottery
for 2012-13, you can still add your family to our
Online Waitlist System.
Your student(s) will be added to our waitlist behind all the students that were
included in the lottery. Late entries are added in first-come first-served order.
Applications for the 2013-2014 School Year
If you are interested in enrolling your child(ren) at
American Academy for the 2013-2014 school year, please use the link below to
add your child(ren) to our Online Waitlist no later than midnight, December
4, 2012. The 2013-2014 lottery will take place on December 5, 2012.
If you previously submitted an application, you are on already on
the Online Waitlist. If you have previously been on the Online Waitlist,
your entry year(s) will automatically change to 2013 on October 1.

The purpose of the Online Waitlist is to let us know
you wish to be included in our lottery and it gives us information so that
we may contact you. Being on the Online Waitlist does not guarantee a spot
at American Academy, it does mean that your student’s name will be in our
enrollment lottery for the year s/he intends to enroll, along with everyone
else on the waitlist.

American Academy Enrollment Policy
There have been important changes to the
American Academy Enrollment Policy. Please
download
the policy online and review carefully.
Prospective Parent Information Meetings
We host Prospective Parent Information Meetings prior
to the lottery. Once you receive a call offering your student a spot, you
will only have 24 hours to respond. Please attend a Parent Information
Meeting prior to that call to get all of your questions answered. Due to the
large number of families on our waitlist and for security reasons we do not
offer individual tours. Your ONLY opportunity to tour American
Academy is at an Information Meeting. Please RSVP by
emailing the school

are
scheduled in November and December in
anticipation of the lottery. Stay tuned for
the
specific dates.

Registration
Once you have received and verbally accepted the
invitation to enroll at American Academy, you must go to our registration
page to print the registration forms to be completed. EVERY
required form on the registration page must be submitted to the school
within one week of your offer in order to secure your spot.
