Instructions for using the Automated Attendant to reach an extension by Last Name:
1. Dial the main line 720-873-7395.
2. Press 1 for a directory of extensions.
3. Press 2 for a directory by last name.
4. Spell the last name by pressing each number once per letter. For example to reach Mrs. Harrell, you would dial 4, 2, 5 (for HAR) and press the # key.
5. You will be transferred to that extension or prompted to pick which person you are calling if there are duplicate last names.
