DCSD Infinite Campus Parent Portal
American Academy is excited to provide you access
to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Infinite Campus is the information
system that Douglas County uses to store student data. For example, the
schools use it to report absences, enrollment information, track fees,
etc. and the teachers use it as a Gradebook. American Academy prints
student report cards directly from Infinite Campus for grades 1-8. With
your personal online access, you will be able to monitor your students’
grades, assignments, attendance, and other important information
regarding your child’s classes. There is a link to the Parent Portal
login screen via the American Academy website.

What if I have a Parent Portal login that I already
use for my Middle or High School student?
Log on as usual. You will be able to see your
American Academy student as well as your middle or high school student’s
information.
What if my e-mail address is missing or wrong?
Please input your correct e-mail address directly
in Infinite Campus and then notify the American Academy
Office Manager.
What if my mailing address or phone numbers for my
home, work or cell is incorrect?
Email the American Academy
Registrar with the correct information.
Who do I contact at American Academy if my account
is disabled or I need my password reset?
If you have forgotten your username and/or
password or have been locked out of your account, please fill out the
DCSD Parent Portal Password Reset form. For security purposes, your
account will be disabled after 5 unsuccessful login attempts. Resetting
of the account will only be arranged once this form is received. If you
do not know your child’s student ID, fill it in with your family ID#.

How do I request access the parent portal?
Download a copy of the DCSD Parent Portal Access
Form and submit to the front office with a copy of your driver’s
license. Please turn in your completed form no later than the 15th of
the month to receive the necessary information to access Parent Portal
around the 1st of the following month. Access is granted once a month.
